I am sorry, but the worst toilet known to man is found on the Chinese side of the China-Mongolian Gobi desert border.
Large outhouse, 15 foot pile of human feces baking in the desert sun....Lots of curious Chinese who have never seen a Westerner nekkid before.

this is hillarious. i have been to china and words alone cannot describe how awful their toilets are. i would hold it for days so that i could find relief in an airplane toilet.

LOL!!!
a chinese friend of mine shared with me a chinese news article -- he translated it to me. a canadian tourist on a bus tour of china, went to squat in what is literally a "sh!t room". it was late at night and of course, no toilet paper and no lights. he left his in his suitcase on the bus. not wanting to make others wait, he decided to use some of the blank pages at the back his passport, some of which are stamped with entry/exit stamps.
the next day at the airport, the poor guy found out that he used the FRONT pages of his passport and was not allowed on the flight. he had to hire a car and driver, go back to the sh!t house, search through all the crap to find his missing passport pages. uuuggghhhh!
