Do you by any chance have a link to the story behind it? I vaguely recall it was feaured in Focus on the Family once.

I've tried to search Google for it, but my memory is so bad I can't seem to find it.

I searched for that pic for a looooong time!
I don't remember where I finally found it, but I vaguely remember the story being that the doctor was in the process of aborting the baby when he/she grabbed his finger.
I don't remember the final outcome, but I pray the baby is alive and well today.
