The Immigration Service's website had 10,300 hits from the United States the day after the election. Usually it gets 2500 hits a day.
And the phones of its US marketing directors in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Portland, Oregon, have been ringing nonstop since the election.
Marketing director Don Badman said there had been up to 300 telephone calls and emails a day.
"We've been doing this for 11 months and it's been building up to about six to eight calls a day, but from Thursday it's exploded. It really started picking up from 11pm the night of the election."

We are not part of the British Commonwealth so the rules for Americans are actually more restrictive than for, say, Indians or Singaporeans. They require either a whole lot of money be brought along to invest in the economy or some sort of critical professional work skill. I'd suspect some of the liberals in question can come up with the money but if not, I doubt that many of them have any skills that are needed. Besides, New Zealand has more than enough home grown leftists and I'd expect they would not welcome more of our nutcase varieties.
My God we have ENOUGH already!!! At least send them to Quebec if they insist on coming. Today my husband said "I'm ashamed to be a Canadian". That's significant because he has never been much of a political animal. He's becoming one.

what a better world it would be if the MSM would report good news like this more often.
Does anyone here work for BEKINS? Park that big truck in the front of houses in Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills and have a big guy walk up and say "I heard you're moving".
LOL. That's awesome. I think we've got a name for the non-profit!
