Ya, I was amazed by Chestnut Hill. I assumed that it was maybe about 50% middle class black or something.
There are some large apartment complexes with a lot of minorities that were developed along the fringe of Chestnut Hill bordering Springfield Township. BUT, although those two precincts vote about 15-85 Democrat, the rest of the precincts are no better than 30-70 Democrat, and most at 20-80.
