Dark during rush hour in the morning or dark during rush hour at night. What's the difference?

Presumably, you are trying to wake up and be alert on the way to work, and are getting into relaxation mode on the way home.

I'm pro-DST because I have a long commute. It gives me more time in the summer to play with my children outside (or do yardwork)after I get home. (If I could make my own work schedule, it wouldn't matter to me a bit.)
