What would it be like if we never rolled the clocks back in the fall and just left it that way all year.We actually did this in the Seventies as part of the War on Energy, along with 55 MPH Speed Limits and freezing our butts off in public buildings. Problem is, in the western portion of time zones it's pitch dark when kids have to go to school.
