An openly gay bishop is as absurd as having a pastor who is openly having an extramarital affair. The bible sets forth what is right and wrong, and very clearly too.

It's not only the "Bible" that defines morality it is ingrained in everyone's heart and those who let selfishness triumph over it are the real losers.

Thank goodness "fly over country" is there!

The only thing that this guy is an authority on is being a queer. Other than that he's worthless.

Typical liberal approach whether in religion or politics: They clamor for the other side to at least be open to all views, and then they try to crush all other views once they gain power. It is how the religious left has squeezed the life out of many denominations.

When a Bishop criticizes people for following the word of Christ to closely the irony is almost to much to take. "By their fruits you shall know them." (double entendre purely conincidental)

This, coming from Gene Robinson, is utterly meaningless. He's a fraud.

>"The religious right is hardly religious and definitely not right," he said, to laughter and applause. "They're in bed with the enemy.<

Look well at who this false prophet sees as the enemy.

I'm embarrassed to admit I was raised as an Episcopalian.

We should stop using the word homosexual, and replace it with "sodomite", or sodomites. For example, "Sodomites such as Robinson are responsible for the world-wide AIDS epidemic." Or, "The sodomite and terrorists Arafat died in Paris." Or "Sodomite parade to be held in Boston."

No worries just be glad you got out before they made homosexuality mandatory.

The more they let this guy speak out, the more Episcopalians they'll lose to Christianity.
