Which would mean leaving your personal vehicle parked there overnight. Not a tough choice in my mind.
Unless your wife, or your friend drove it home for you! I presume that a crew of drivers delivered those vans -- they could have delivered them to homes and then caught a ride back just as easily as they delivered them all to one place.
