You know what? I doubt I'm going to be debating this issue with you in '08. And I really don't understand why I'm fighting you on this matter now. What's the matter? You some sort of sore winner or something?
The fact of the matter is that you'll need to convince a whole slew of people to vote for the "Red" party in the next election. The fact of the matter is the "Red" party should be extremely thankful that I voted contrary to my political philosophy this time around (as did a whole bunch of other like minded people).
We'll see how the Republican party does. They are absolutely on notice. I seem to recall some "Contract With America" a few years before your sign-on date.

"I'm convinced that our side is right on the issues," he said. "But maybe we're selling it the wrong way." Many other Democrats agreed that Democrats didn't flub the issues; they flubbed the marketing.
"This election was not about issues," Democratic strategist Chris Cooper said. "If it were, clearly we would have won."
Idiots...

Mr. Farrauto said it was "ironic and disingenuous" to portray Mr. Kerry as weak on defense.Um, you might want to check his voting record in the Senate, bub...

Nobody else can ever hear the voices in your head. (grin)
The terrible thing is that most of the voices in their heads stutter:
Voice - "S-s-s-st-st-upid R-r-r-ri-ri-ch P-p-people Ma-ma-may-making Us P-p-p-po-poor."
Liberal - "Whut? Whut? I can't understand - what? Right it down!"

"I think it's because they're Christians in name-only--I think they actually have none of the faith they profess to have."Very good analysis. I agree with you. I don't know that many liberal Christians, but the ones I do know are Christians in name only.
They put their political agenda ahead of their religion. A Christian doesn't do this.

Why do democrats keep banging their heads against the wall? 'Cause it feels good when they stop! I had a Keeshound growing up. Best darn dog there ever was. He was enormous for the breed, but he was just great...
