The Saudis have no control over the price of oil. They are already pumping all they can. The world demand (China) has outstripped supply at the old low prices.

The price will never go down again, so get used to it.

China was one of the factors in the high oil prices I read somewhere that there was a spike in Chinese oil buying in the last few months. We will find out in a few weeks if the oil market crashes.
