Expect McCain to become more conservative since the state and the country has gone more conservative. He has his eye on running for Pres and he can read the stats too.
Sadly, I think Hagel was just re-elected in '02. So we've got 4 more years of the worm. But at the end of that time, "Chuck" Hagel becomes our motto ... with "chuck" being a verb.
Hagle does not face voters until 2008. Maybe he will by then be running on a "fusion" ticket with Hillary.
