How do you define "finished?" Perhaps when the election is over? The election is supposed to be in Jan. isn't it?
If you mean after the last US soldier has left, then Rummy must be planning to live for another 40 years. We aren't going to leave anytime soon. We'll probably have permanent bases there to watch Iran.
