Why didn't the dope resign six months ago and run against Feingold? Thompson was a great governor of Wisconsin who should have declined to head the bureaucratic HHS. Actually, he should have ran against Kohl in 2000. Herb Kohl is a joke whose Senate resume would make John Kerry look like a workaholic. Kohl wins because he has Milwaukee and Madison locked down from the money he spent in those two cities.
