Possibly...but the votes are still being counted in WI...let's hope the military ballots and absentee break for W.
they're apparently not going to count the absentee ballots in wisconsin once the republicans dropped their recount plans.
Since the outcome of the election wouldn't be changed, there will be no further counting.
