He says that because he knows this is no passing fancy and his party will have to deal with it for years to come.
Bechtel is reprehensible. I can't listen to him for one second. He is delusional and full of hate. Yea Bob, split the country and in 20 years the Socialist havens of the blue states will tank over like Europe will in a few years. Let them try and build a socialist paradise -- it will fail miserably. In short order, the freedom loving, capitalistic red states would greatly out perform the parasitic red states. In no time, those who produce leave the blue states in droves. The red states would fester and go bankrupt. The blue states would of course blame it on the red states. The left is full of sick humans. Heck, it may not be a bad idea, we would be the winners.
