We homeschooled our daughter. I would recommend it to you. My daughter, now 20 and a junior at Rice University voted for Bush.

If you cannot homeschool your kid, I would go to the school and talk to the principle. It is worth a shot.

Thanks for the response. I wish we had homeschooled them, but they are too old now.......(one in HS). They would hate us if we took them out now. We are raising them to be right thinking people....in fact our son stayed up very late on election night, fervently hoping for a Bush win. I do plan on speaking to the principal, and making it CLEAR that we do not want this teacher talking politics to our daughter. How dare she!?
