Ditto that. I've been 'preaching' that sentiment for years. Then again, why should they give directly when they can 'force' everyone through taxation and an inefficient gov't bureaucracy.

Liberals would rather talk about 'taking care of others', but believe me, when you approach them about actually getting their hands dirty, like "Would you like to be a Nursing Home volunteer?" they run like rabbits.
