Actually, it's not 100,000,000 dollars per vote. It needs to be broken down into dollars per vote lost. They lost 12 votes due to New Mexico and Iowa, but gained 4. So, it's 50,000,000 for each vote lost.
My math may be wrong. Somebody double check for me.
