Thank you for the link. My mother died of cancer in February of this year, and my only aunt is dying of breast cancer right now. I will certainly send a note wishing them well, and I have already added Mrs. Edwards to my prayers. Although I would never have even considered voting for her husband, I can't imagine any true conservative not having compassion for someone suffering from this truly horrible disease.
I send my prayers to Mrs. Edwards and her family. What terrible news. My heart aches for her. Is there an address where one may send cards?

I'm sorry to hear this. It's a tough thing and shouldn't happen to anyone.
We may disagree politically, but we pray for her speedy and full recovery.
Ironically, she may have to put up with mediocre treatment since the top doctors won't treat patients who are married to malpractice lawyers.
Offering my prayers
Seems as though I recall someone saying that breast cancer can be result of a lot of stress. Being married to a man who is consumed with self and self-image and who is disliked in his own state would cause a lot of stress. Overeating is probably another symptom of living with that egomaniac!

"Our" system? Sorry, but you haven't taken the country over yet. You may still, but not yet. America still belongs to all Americans. I'm sure you're working on that, though.
You are more than welcome to their bills. But medical services belong to no one, no more than food or shelter.
