Thanks for the wonderful graphic!
To a Cincinnatian, that pronunciation sounds like "Frisco" sounds to a San Franciscan.
However, that pronunciation is common in other parts of southern Ohio.
I think Barone's from Dayton.
Thanks for the background.
al Qatey Couric, Chrissy-Spit Matthews and BS Dan flatter themselves if they think that we who voted for GW Bush give a rats patoot WHAT they think, about us or anything, period!
P.S. I'll bet Bush knew this, but deliberately didn't bring it up, because it would have been so ugly, and might even have helped Kerry with a sympathy vote from people who couldn't handle the truth.
Great article. Thanks for the ping!
But, we have NEW numbers today! Check it out:
Bush 52%
Kerry 47%
Bush 286 Electoral Votes
Kerry 252
Bush 31 States
Kerry 20 States (incl.DC)
Bush 56,829,622 Votes
Kerry 52,161,644 Votes
GW Bush has 100% of the presidential powers regardless of the vote margin.
Plus we picked up 4 Senators and a like number in the House. That'll do.
NYT story today revealed that after Fox called Ohio for Bush, Mellman at Kerry headquarters called ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, et al, asking them not to call Ohio for Bush until Kerry camp gave the go-ahead. That's why the country was denied the facts.
NBC called for Ohio, probably before getting Mellman's call, then refused to call any other states.
Mellman on a panel last night, never shut up, rationalizing how it wasn't really a victory. Did not mention his part in this disgusting scam. (George Washington U., home of "Crossfire.")
Peter Fenn, rich Dem defender of Clinton, also on panel, snickering about Republicans being "Walmart families."
And they want us to reach out? Bigots.
If they don't like what's happened here in 2004, just wait until they see what happens to them in 2006.
We are forced to wipe the floor with these lying commies.
My pleasure; thank you for the good news!

And so Bush gained another NET 1.1 million votes, and cleaned up ALL the outstanding electoral votes. Considering the 5 point media bonus and the hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes Kerry got from felons, non-citizens, and the dead, that's a rout!
"No mandate" is a way of expressing contempt for Republican presidents, and nothing more. The president always has a mandate to "preserve, protect, and defend," and the Congress and the Senate has its mandates as well. The mandates spring from the Constitution. Mandates to observe constitutional strictures and to nominate and confirm judges who will keep the traditional meaning of the law and the Constitution alive, rather than calling it a "living document" - and mooting it.
The president and the Congress have the mandate to pass the changes in the tax code and the Social Security system which they deem prudent. If Bush is advocating a flat tax, he should IMHO make Steve Forbes Secretary of the Treasury.

Wow. That's at least three important stories, including one scandal. Do you know of a site that has a story on the panel Mellman was on?
The MSM is irrelevant. Media stars have no audience, no influence, no power.
500 times better than on Nov 1st
I hear you!
Keep whining Chrisie Girlie it, "Imagine if a network star said of blacks, "They're believing, not analytical." His producer would cut his mike, before the next sentence came out of his mouth. But at the networks, such disrespect for the intelligence of arguably the most powerful voting bloc in America is not only permitted, but encouraged. (Note that on some social issues, such as gay marriage, black Evangelicals think the same way as their white counterparts.)'
The whiners like Chrisy are doing tremendous damage to their party. America hates whining losers.
Please keep it up, Chrisy, you girly whining loser.
Then how can they be media stars?
The panel was on C-Span last night. C-Span.org, or cspan.org. should have information. On panel, Lucinda Lake, Mellman, Bernier (Republican,) Peter Fenn. There were two others on panel but Lake, Mellman, Fenn (all Dems) dominated the others.
Questions from audience: a young woman from, I believe she said Prague, got up and asserted that we, U.S., sort of made up the War on Terror after 9/11. Lucinda Lake spent about ten minutes talking about "different constructs" etc. that would "allow" for differences in viewing what we were doing.
I couldn't figure out if Lake was sending signals that she agreed with the woman from Prague, had her (Lake's) own view of the non-war war, or was signalling someone to bring her a Baby Watson cheese cake. Really could not follow her. She and Ed Goas do the Battleground Polls which are usually reliable. She may be a better numbers cruncher than analyst. She seems pleasant but doesn't express her ideas clearly, or more likely, her ideas are too illogical. b.
There's a thread on FR about the NYTimes article. Search for txradioguy as Poster.
The DNC embraced them at their convention and adopted their talking points. If they don't get it by now, they never will.
Let them be the party of OBSCURITY, since that is what they chose. Hatred can't lead....just cause chaos. A fine example of chaos is the DNC on "THE DAY AFTER"!
Great recap of all the liberal MSM b.s. from election night. And the next day.
I watched a football game that evening instead. I knew me & my fellow Buckeyes would go GOP [who made us "red", anyways?? that stinks].
Lately I find myself so disinterested in what these folks have to say.
It is soooooo over for them- and they don't even know it.///
