Perhaps we could all begin by understanding that "reaching" involved a 50:50 effort on both sides. I, for one, believe they are beyond help.

Absolutely! The Dems want us to do all the reaching. Screw 'em. They aren't even open to listening to us let alone reaching out and meeting us half way.
