Frist can take care of this. Exactly, it's not like Spector delivered PA for Bush. With the gain of seats in the Senate Spector should stf up and let the process play out. All conservatives want are strict constructionists. The constitution means what is says a pretty simple concept. If Specter wants it to mean something else he should amend it, not force his blue state view of judges on us.
