Very well said. We have had a free-market, low regulation, non-socialist country here for our entire 230 year history
Would that that were only true, in fact we already are much too far down the road to totalitarian government. I used to joke that soon we would need government permission to go to the bathroom until someone reminded me that, in effect, we already do since the federal government mandates what kind of toilet can be put in a house. Many Americans are unaware of the bulk of government interference but let me assure you that if you ever arouse the interest of law enforcement they can very quickly find a law you have broken.
