Striking a characteristic Texas pose near Texas Tech's Jones SBC Stadium yesterday, Hispanarepublicana clutched three morning newspapers (Lubbock Avalanche Journal, Thrifty Nickel Want Ads, and Jr. League Newsletter) to her chest while balancing a large Town & Country Diet Big Red and talked about how jazzed she was to realize that not only had her candidate, George W Bush, won but that she and her city were so in touch with the rest of the country.
