The UST map doesn't give them ALL of California, just COASTAL California. And they can have that.
As stated elsewhere, you bet your a$$ we get Alberta. "Texas on ice", it's got a bunch of beef and oil and conservatives that laugh at the liberal elite here as much as we do.
Also, give us West Michigan (and Illinois south of Chicago?). Lots of good people there.
