Blair who?
He wanted KERRY to win.
He did look a little weird...
?????
He was a bit odd.
Blairs wife not a real big Bush fan, and I suspect that Arnold may not be the only one spending some time on the couch.
Obscure much?
Yes, not his usual self.
Maybe his dog died.
could it have something to do with the favorite British snack of Mushy Peas?
Lover's quarrel with Kerry?
Was it from question time from today???
That's funny, I always thought Lisa Whelchel was a 'she'....
We need MadIvan to check in and give us his opinion as to what was going on. I think Blair and Bush have a very close friendship, but his country pretty much hates Bush and he has his own election coming up. He looked tired to me and maybe that is all it was.
Blair? Which project was he unhappy about?
I saw it and it was more or less the way he normally gives prepared speeches. We all have to admit though that Tony Blair put his entire political future on the line for us. We owe this guy big time. His wife I don't care for, but I have a lot of respect for Tony Blair himself.
I saw a little bit of it and his voice was shaky. Didn't see the end of the press conference and notice if he cried or not but I've got to say I think Tony's been steadfast in support of the war on terror and with the situation in Iraq-he agreed to have British soldiers relocated to a more dangerous area to cover our troops. Can't really say he hasn't been supportive.
Well, this has certainly been an informative thread!
Or, his wife kicked him out of the house.
