Get Spectre - no, that's Alan Specter - off the Judiciary committee - that would help!

We can find a 40 year old Borkite judge, shouldn't be a problem.

Non Smoker that has family genes that allow him to serve till 80 years old.

Plus, stop Hillary campaign starts today.

This is where we find out if Bush will be able to control Specter. I hated to see Specter win another term last night.

I welcome Shrillary. Her negatives are astronomical. We can beat her.

How about Edwards? He'll be unemployed soon. I think it would be a nice gesture and help with that whole "healing process" thing. Throw them a bone.

If you think Kerry was treated with kid gloves by the media the treatment Hillary will get will rival a $1,000 an hour spa. Especially as it will be an open election (no incumbent).

Just one of many good things to come from a second term for President Bush.

A good question:

Who are the Dem Senators that will be running scared in 2006?

These are the guys that have to be turned to get the logjam cleared. We need to convince 5 of them that they risk re-election if they join in the filibusters.

Scalia is absolutely fantastic, but he is just too old to be nominated Chief Justice in my opinion. That's just reality.

I say, Chief Justice Clarence Thomas!

"Plus, stop Hillary campaign starts today."

Amen to that! Start with her worshiping at the feet of Saul Alinsky.

Alberton Gonzalez will almost certainly be a nominee for Supreme Court at some point during Bush's second term.
