As a Southerner, I'm offended that the gallantry of Pickett's Charge is being compared to the whining, sniveling stupidity of Kedwards' poor sportsmanship.
OK, I'm only a little offended, but I'm running on only an hour and a half sleep, and I just felt compelled to comment.

I agree.....not a good analogy either (and I like Cincinnatus and his wife)
opens the door to the usual South bashers here.....the same ones who btw haven't a clue about the "values" that have proven to be the reason we won.

As a Virginian it is painful to recount that gallant charge into oblivion, and see it used in this way. However, in this case, I am willing to accept this use - to defame skerry and his unholy minions...
