If they were looking to cook the exit polls as far back as August, that implies the strategy someone suggested yesterday (if I could remember who, I'd ping them) that the Rats were going to say that the exit polls were so much for Kerry, that if the votes went for Bush, it meant Bush had forged the votes.Juan Williams was floating this balloon late last night on FOX.
