Actually in Ohio 90% of the proviosional ballots usually count..They have had provisional ballots for ten years in Ohio.
.The amount of provisional ballots exceed Bush's margin by about a thousand..If Kerry got literally all of the provisionals(extremely unlikely!)..he might have a chance if the absentee ballots from overseas go his way, including military ballots..(On MSNBC this morning)
I have an idea they will concede by tonight...to prove to their base they are "fighting"...or they may insist on waiting the 11 days to get the provisionals counted..if they want to really be jerks.
do they really think they got all of the military vote??
