"By running candidates who favor smaller government?"

In case you failed to read the LP's own press release, they were running candidates that they had no intention of winning...but only to act as spoilers to throw the race to the liberals. That doesn't sound like people who REALLY care a bit about smaller government.

"You've got issues, son."

Not at all, our state simply has vermin. But don't worry, the public will get educated on who and what they are.

Do we know specifically which parts of King County haven't been counted yet?

Unappeasables. The Libertarian Party is like al Qaeda, they'll fabricate any justification for destroying themselves and taking everybody else out with them.

Not the south end...which is what we would need to get Rosi in.

You can repeat anything you want as long as you want...it doesn't change their own words

That's right, since "their own words", posted by you yourself, matches my own posts here and contradicts yours.

or their own efforts on behalf of John Kerry.

Are you really this incapable of grasping even the most straightforward political strategy, even when they've spelled it out for you? Man, I'd *love* to play chess against you for money.

Yeah, Gregoire is awful, and thank God it looks like that idiot Deborah Senn is done.

For what it's worth, if not for my vote, the Rossi deficit would be 33. This'll be interesting.

Of selling out and trying to throw the election to the liberal Democrats. Yes, I'm very aware of the simple LP stategy.

Clout. Now both major parties are going to go out of their way to court the smaller-government voters, so this sort of thing is less likely to happen next time.

I'm old enough to remember when the Republicans did that.

That's the crappiest, lamest tantrum I've seen all day. You need to book a gurney on the Whaaaa!mbulance as well.

You are playing checkers while they are playing chess. Sometimes the GOP needs to be spanked for betraying its principles, and the LP is more than happy to wield the switch. Yes the GOP will hurt, but one hopes it will learn too.

Rossi now leads 915,212 to 914,351, with the 861 vote margin hold up to a recount? We shall see.

Hey, Washington State gets what they deserve. Prove me wrong. Tell me what the grand issue was that the LP candidate was protesting.

"Yes the GOP will hurt, but one hopes it will learn too."

That's what I love about the LP. If they had succeeded in their efforts to throw the election to Kerry it wouldn't have been just the GOP that got hurt. But they don't seem to have the ability to grasp that concept.

Don't worry about THEM. Worry about their VOTERS. The voters they currently garner are NOT "unappeasable" -- if the GOP will give up the crackpipe of nanny state power.

That the Lucy Party keeps pulling the football away, and might lose if they keep doing that.

Yes, it proves that the only goals that the LP had in this elect was to throw races to liberal Democrats.

I imagine they'd vote for Democrats if they wanted them to win.

The grand issue was big government.
