The networks are doing that on purpose. They've divided up the states that have been called so Bush doesn't get over 270 easily.
Bush has over 51% of the popular vote. Four million vote more than Kerry.

This is ridiculous. The media is blatantly refusing to call the election when it is glaringly over. W should just come out, declare himself the winner, and tell the media to shove it.
