Oh boy. Sounds like you needed to continue reading too, null and void. You don't really think that was a government block, do you? If the government takes down a site, I doubt they announce it to the world in such a way with an in-your-face graphic. Hackers do that. The government may issue a press release, that's all.
Anyone can throw up a graphic on a page, you know. Especially site owners.
That entire site was assessible except for the home page.
I have been going to IH for 2 years and the owner is a jokester, as I said. There are quite a few changes he makes with the site. In fact, not one person has commented on something funny that Regis has had up on almost every page there for weeks now. I guess no one noticed it.
Maybe you have to be a regular...
Also, LayoutGuru2 said that the owner blocked the main page because of bandwidth issues. That may indeed be the reason behind this. LG2 also has familiarity with IH, and so he would know. IH sometimes gets swamped. But generally it will just go offline when that occurs for many visiters.
I hope that takes care of this. There is no reason for any alarm.
