According to PROCHE ORIENT INFO, a french newspaper, ARAFAT DIES A FEW MINUTES AGO.
The headline says..... ARAFAT HAS DIED A FEW MINUTES AGO.
I know the newspaper; read daily and is reliable source.
You also called it right on the UAE leader's death. :)
