Could be, or, since it's in a different thread, it could be a second attack plan: the full moon this month is the day after American Thanksgiving, when all the malls will be full.

If there is a bio attack, this would most likely be it and the secondary economic effect would be to shut down shopping (aside from internet shopping if that isn't hit) at the busiest time of the year.
I am more than a little concerned about the radioactive $100 that turned up in Europe recently.
