Don't worry about the Lady. Nothing more than a nice dome building event - can even see the glow at night. The mountain is wired to the max so if something worse were to happen, there would be plenty of warning. However, current geologic situation suggests that nothing more than the current dome building event is expected.
I have met with Mt. St. Helens, and she has assured me there will be geologic peace in our time.
I live 30 miles east of St. Helens. I'm not worried. Besides, as you said she is wired to the max. We'll get the heads up if it's time to vacate. Just don't know how I'll move my cows and chickens.
