Well putting my 2 cents in here but if they are going for economic then blowing up a tanker while it's coming into port would shut down all the traffic for quite a while.

But if they are looking to rack up a death toll as well as economic then I would think they would go for hitting the storgae facilities. Multiple targets at once could be pretty big.

I'm no expert on such things but I believe LNG in it's natural state is not flammable. But, if you hit a tanker, or pipeline that had LNG in it with a API that was a large enough caliber, you would have quite an explosion.
