See post 3797. Robert Pretcher says that 10500 in the DOW will be the top (he predicted this about 3 weeks ago) and then a large pull back begins.
Are we still talking chocolate or monkeys?
Yeah, but you have to take into account that Prechter was wrong from 1987-2000. I know I worked for him.
never mind, I see others have answered.
>> TPTB are preparing us for the very real possibility of Nuke detonations on our soil. <<
Very disquieting Mossad. The fact that detonations is plural makes it even worse.
I'm moving farther away from urban areas this weekend. Closer to my hunting areas and farther from target areas. Win-Win situation for me. My prayers go out to the folks that don't have the options I do.
I really, really hope your wrong on this Mossad. I fear you are not.
Pray for the best. Prepare for the worst.
Agreed. He did have his money on the sidelines since 1985...missed out on the 2000 leg of the market. Well we will see if his lasted prediction is correct. Do you Elliot wave?
"US Intelligence agencies have concluded that..."
Here's a real or memorex tidbit on changes in the CIA:

"I'm moving farther away from urban areas this weekend"
Good for you!!! I'm doing similar in career paths...trying to get out of direct patient care into an allied health position even if it means a long commute.
Thanks, I still check in. Just can't keep my self interested or something. Sooner or later I'll be back (as Arnie says)! Thanks again.

And while we read about changes in high places here's another tidbit...
Andrea "Mitchell said that Powell's replacement, Condoleezza Rice, has received a "mandate" from President Bush to "clean house" at the State Department."

Bush doesn't seem to bat an eye at the current threats with all these tidbits in flux.
Thank you anyway. :-)
If you go through all of UBL's statements over the past ten years, you see that he obsesses over Palestine almost as much as Arabia. And notice how he signs his name. The father of the Mahdi is supposedly named Muhammed. Most important, his gives his address as Khorasan.
There is no place called Khorasan in modern-day Afghanistan like there is in Iran. And the part of Afghanistan that borders the Iranian province of Khorasan (whose capital is Mashad) is in the west - - the Hindu Kush is in the far northeast of Afghanistan near the Pakistani and Chinese borders.
It would be like someone from Massachusetts giving their return address as the British Empire or someone from Burma saying they live in Imperial Japan.
If we don't understand where this all came from, we will not be able to see where this all is about to culminate.

. . .My Muslim Brothers of The World:
Your brothers in Palestine and in the land of the two Holy Places are
calling upon your help and asking you to take part in fighting against
the enemy -your enemy and their enemy- the Americans and the
Israelis. They are asking you to do whatever you can, with one own
means and ability, to expel the enemy, humiliated and defeated, out
of the sanctities of Islam. Exalted be to Allah said in His book: { and if
they ask your support, because they are oppressed in their faith, then
support them!} (Anfaal; 8:72) . . .

Haven't been able to post, but manage to print out TM for later reading. Thank you for everyone who has offered gracious prayers for my father- I appreciate you so very much.
Dad got out of the hospital yesterday and started a 3 hour a day 3 day a week dialysis schedule today. On the way in, he told my mother (80) that he is only going ahead with the treatment because of her.
Yesterday she told me that she thought I ought to know that they plan to die together at the same time- don't want to live without each other. I feel devastatedly heartbroken then picture trying to live without your soul mate of over 60 years...
Please freepmail if you have encountered similar experiences, and what helped you cope in addition to prayer.
Thank you! I should be back on the thread tomorrow.
Continuing prayers, Knak.
Curitiba, Brazil, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- An explosion killed at least six people on a fuel tanker off the coast of southern Brazil, O Globo T.V. reported Tuesday.
N.H. Police Looking for Stolen Oil Truck (11/16/04 - This is a new story - NOT the NJ stolen tanker)
By Associated Press Tuesday, November 16, 2004 EPPING, N.H. - Police are looking for a missing oil delivery truck.
Investigators believe the bright yellow Buxton Oil truck, carrying 3,000 gallons of home heating oil, was taken sometime on Friday.
Owner Donna Buxton said employees who arrived for work on Monday found a locked gate cut open and one of the company's new tankers missing. Buxton said the company is offering a $3,000 to $5,000 reward for anyone who has information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a suspect.
She said she also is worried the tanker might be used for terrorism. Buxton said she and other fuel oil dealers received a letter from the government after the 9/11 attacks warning that terrorists were looking to steal fuel trucks.

Al Qaeda uses Internet to Defy Saudi Manhunt (11/16/04)
Tue 16 November, 2004 10:21 By Firouz Sedarat DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda militants have defied a crackdown and the loss of senior leaders in Saudi Arabia by using the Internet to win over new recruits in Osama bin Laden's birthplace.
Despite the killing of top contributors, including one of its leading Web magazine editors Issa Saad bin Oshan, the group has continued to publish its two widely distributed magazines regularly for the past year.
"It's testament to the strength of al Qaeda in Saudi Arabia that they've been able to bring out the magazines twice a month for a whole year despite very heavy losses," said Paul Eedle, a London-based analyst who closely follows Qaeda sites.
Oshan ran Sawt al-Jihad (Voice of Holy War) -- the most important vehicle for disseminating the group's ideas in which he detailed how Saudis could take up the armed struggle. He called on Muslims to evict "crusaders" from the cradle of Islam and praised comrades fighting pro-U.S. rulers.
Another key publication is Muaskar al-Battar (Battar Camp), an al Qaeda guerrilla manual named after a favourite sword of Prophet Mohammad which disseminates knowledge about the use of arms and explosives and how to kill officials.
Boston Mosque: the Rise of Radical Islam? (11/16/04)
By Dale Hurd CBN News Sr. Producer November 16, 2004 CBN.com BOSTON, Massachusetts - A mosque is rising in the heart of Boston. Not just any mosque, but the largest mosque in the northeastern United States.
At a cost of $22 million, the 60,000-square-foot Islamic Cultural Center will be a prominent symbol of the growth of Islam in America. But the project is under fire, as some say it will also be a symbol of radical Islam.
Former Muslim warns Ridge Baptists about Islam
By Valerie Lum - Staff Writer A former Muslim spoke at the Ridge Southern Baptist Church on Sunday evening to explain the "True Under-standing of Islam."
Pastor Mujahid el-Masih had been Muslim for 14 years before he converted to Christianity in his native country of Pakistan.....
First and foremost, el-Masih refuted any claims that Islam was a peaceful religion. "The main theme of jihad is the murdering of Christians and Jews," el-Masih said. According to el-Masih, Allah, the Muslim God, told Muslims to go forth and spread the religion through out the whole world by any means. Therefore, Muslims justify warfare as a means to spread the religion.
Oh, Jerseygirl...your post has me in tears.
Prayers for both your parents as well as you and your family.
As a nurse, I've seen many instances of one beloved spouse passing away and the other inexplicably passing within days of their spouse.
Bittersweet sadness, for those left on earth to grieve the loss. But joyous for the loving couple to be welcomed to heaven together.

We have an old Russian princess living on an estate (sometimes) on Long Island. I wonder if her estate unknowingly has one of these prepositioned weapons. She is a long-time GOP supporter/fundraiser, so please note that I wrote "unknowingly."
Perhaps other real estate owned by Russians could be suspect, also.
If your asking if I count waves on markets, yes. However, I find that Elliott Wave while providing an interesting and valuable perspective is almost useless when it comes to making money consistantly in the markets. The problem is that if your using Elliott Wave you are looking to call market turns or you are looking to time the market. I think that most of the big money is made in following the long term trends. One thing for certain is that EWI was an interesting place to work. A lot of freaky people in that place.
