It's also frequently updated and shows state data. By the way, W doesn't have the lead in Washington state from what I see.

Yeah, CSPAN has a good map...but it's not as much fun to play with...

Also, the BBC's map has BUSH winning Washington, while CSPAN's has Kerry...

Seems like the BBC is getting more timely updates too...

The latest update of the BBC map has Kerry=52.1, Bush=46.6 with 13% reporting...

Well, it was fun while it lasted...

I had written off the entire state of Washington to Kerry a long time ago, it would be nice to see my prediction wrong!

I remember when I lived in Seattle in y2k, everywhere in the city all you saw were Gore signs. Get half an hour out of the city in any direction though and you only saw Bush signs...

Some good news from our neighbor to the north (MI) from the BBC map...

Bush = 55.4 Kerry = 43.5

But only 5% reporting...

It is 5.30am in London and I have ben watching Freep for over 7 hours and seeing despair turn into joy. I came across this site during the last Presidential election and I almost have tears in my eyes with the prospect of W winning. The BBC must be spitting blood.....they have dissed Bush continuously since the beginning of the 2000 campaign..........and it feels so good to watch them eat humble pie! Same problem here in Illinois...Chicago and the Cook County area, along with East St. Louis are Democrat strongholds of the first order, have been for years. But most everywhere else in the state is Republican...

Sadly, the Illinois Republican party has recently self-destructed, and the state is becoming increasingly Democratic, even in areas where the Dem's never even had a chance before...

I live in the greater Seattle area, but outside the city - they've stolen all the Bush signs this year. It's disgusting.
