Those Indian reservations should report now. If it's stolen again, no holds barred. The GOP must sue and bring an accounting.

Again, the western half is typically Republican, though not as populous as the eastern half. But, most of the eastern half has reported. They're on central time zone, and the counties west of the Missouri river are on Mountain time zone. The western half is about an hour delayed. I think Thune will pull this off.
