the Dems are going to run with it.
look at is from their perspective, did the Dems pay any price for doing it in 2000? they don't see any, the country is still divided, where is this huge surge of voters who were angered by their 2000 antics, and voted against them this time? nowhere. so they are going to do it again.
The last election the Dems convinced their idiot voters that the problems with the last election was the two brothers trying to disenfranchise them to make the Republicans win. This time they don't have that excuse to use.
Well, all the "disenfranchised voters" in Florida gave Jeb Bush a resounding WIN in 2002. The Dems can fight it, but it will make them look incredibly slimy and stupid.
