From AP:

We are scrutinizing the presidential vote in Ohio, where Bush has a 103,000 vote lead. The number of provisional ballots is in dispute as well as outstanding vote in about 10 counties.

Don't forget in 2000 we had a good lead in Florida until someone "found" 80,000 something votes that hadn't been counted.

whats the deal on the provisional votes?

As far as I know any yahoo can claim he wants to vote despite rules,

Those votes will be reviewed against SET rules.

I see the provisional thing as just clouding things.

Kerry will still lose

The Dims are just exercising pain, dragging this shit out
