Someone should remind that Constitutional scholar that 270EV are needed for Miss Kerry to concede.

She knows he won't get to 290--290 being the magic number at which point Ohio's 20 EVs make no difference anymore. Iowa would give him 276, New Mexico adds 5 more to make it 281. Wisconsin and Hawaii are probably off the table at this point, so it's 281-257, and Ohio gets to experience what Florida did four years ago.

Rules don't matter, institutions don't matter, laws don't matter, the country doesn't matter, people don't matter. To them, it's all about their own power.
