All 150,000 of the "provisional ballots" need to be Democrat votes and all need to be voting at the correct precinct....pretty tough! Ken Blackwell said that the provisional ballots will at least split, and perhaps will favor conservatives. The Ohio Marriage Amendment was the inspiration for a large registration effort among evangelicals.
If Kerry wants to save his reputation, he'll concede, soon.

Bush is leading in Ohio by 102,000 votes. If this margins holds than Kerry will have no choice but try and be a gentleman and spare this country. Bush has won both the EV and popular vote.
