Expect automatic recounts in all three of those states. Unlike our Gaelic friend who's been doom-and-glooming the thread all night, I don't think Richardson can steal the election but he and his merry band of Navajos *will* shrink that 23,000-vote lead, which will gum the works up even more.
I'm going to be very interested to see if President Bush wins the popular vote once the West Coast, especially California, is factored in.
