Heh. I had a 6pm doctor's appointment where they took an EKG among other things. I can only imagine what that looked like. I might have a heart attack before this is all over :)

I monitor my blood pressure daily. About three weeks ago I just couldn't take the news channels any more. I started watching HGTV most of the day (unless I saw something on FR that told me I needed to turn to news...like a Bush speech or something).

Honestly, no joke, my BP has dropped 20 points. Coincidence? I think not!
