I figured it out. She's had a complete makeover. Eyes and face done. Soft makeup. Notice the pink eye-shadow and jacket. And they tried to "soften" her voice. But it's mutated into this weird southern accent thing.
The falsified southern accent (probably done in a lame attempt to sound down-home) is so disturbing.
