Yeah, but the ones the ACLU is filing the lawsuit over are just the ones that went missing (either weren't mailed or the mail didn't deliver them) in a south Florida county.
They haven't even mentioned the 200,000 ballots that if counted would lean heavily toward Bush because they're probably from the military.
