It's amazing. The polls just closed in California and the MSM put it into the Kerry column immediately. Meanwhile, in several smaller states where Bush has had a sizable lead for over an hour, they still have them as undecided.

It probably has a lot to do with which precincts have not reported yet.
A rural Bush lead can evaporate quickly if big city dem votes haven't been included yet.
That's why Brit has Michael Barone calling the shots for Fox. Michael knows the make-up of every county in the country, so he knows when to call a state with a small percentage reported, and when to hold off until the right places have reported. :-)
Looks like a Bush win at the end of the night. :-) We got rid of Edwards and avoided Bowles, too!!
