I wouldn't say it's deep doo doo. Kerry will end the evening with at least 185 EVs. That's his current total plus the 73 from CA, OR, and WA. Throw in the apparent 21 from PA and he's up to 206, still nowhere close. It doesn't appear that he'll get Ohio or Florida, and he doesn't have anywhere else to make up another 64 EV's.
